The number you see is built from four inputs. Change any of them in the quote and watch it update.
Material
Aluminum is fastest and cheapest to cut. Stainless and titanium take longer and cost more per part.
Quantity
Setup is spread across the run. Ten parts do not cost ten times one part.
Tolerances
Standard tolerance is included. Tighter callouts on specific features add inspection time.
Finish
As-machined is included. Anodizing, bead blast and other finishes add a step and a day or two.

- How do I get a price?
- Upload your CAD file and the price appears instantly. For unusual geometry or very tight tolerances an engineer may review before the price is final, and we tell you when that happens.
- What do I need to provide?
- Your CAD file. Material, quantity and finish are selected after upload. If you have a drawing with critical dimensions, attach it and we will hold to it.
- What CAD formats do you accept?
- STEP and STP files get an instant automated price and a live 3D preview. We also take IGES, IGS, STL, DXF, SLDPRT, SAT, X_T, X_B, IPT, PRT, CATPART and PDF, up to 200 MB per file; those are quoted by an Axton engineer instead of instantly.
- What materials do you machine?
- Aluminum, stainless steel, brass, Delrin, nylon, ABS and more. If you need something else, ask and we will confirm at quote.
- What tolerances can you hold?
- Our standard is ±0.005 in.. Tighter tolerances on specific features are possible and are reviewed during quoting.
- Do you handle prototypes and production?
- Yes. One-off prototypes, low volume runs and repeat production all go through the same workflow.
- Can my shop outsource overflow work to you?
- Yes. Machine shops across the United States send us overflow, repeat jobs and prototyping so they can add capacity without disrupting their own floor.
- Do you sign NDAs?
