Automation driven

Robots run our machines. You get the benefit.

Our robotic cells load and unload CNC machines around the clock. Less manual handling means lower cost per part, faster turnaround and the same result every cycle. That is how we can price your part the moment you upload it.

  1. Lights-out machining

Robotic tending keeps spindles cutting overnight and on weekends.

  2. Lower cost per part

Less labor per cycle, and we pass the difference on in your price.

  3. Faster turnaround

Parts move from upload to shipping without waiting in a queue.

  4. Same part, every cycle

Automated handling removes the variation that comes from manual loading.

Quality and inspection

Every part is measured against your drawing before it ships. Standard tolerance is ±0.005 in., tighter on request. Production runs get a first article inspection so you sign off before we run the batch.

What moves the price

The number you see is built from four inputs. Change any of them in the quote and watch it update.

  • Machined metal stock in plate, bar, round and tube.

    Material

Aluminum is fastest and cheapest to cut. Stainless and titanium take longer and cost more per part.

  • Nine identical machined housings on a pallet.

    Quantity

Setup is spread across the run. Ten parts do not cost ten times one part.

  • A digital caliper measuring a machined part.

    Tolerances

Standard tolerance is included. Tighter callouts on specific features add inspection time.

  • Four finish swatches: brushed, anodised, bead blast and polished.

    Finish

As-machined is included. Anodizing, bead blast and other finishes add a step and a day or two.

For machine shops

Send us the work you cannot fit
